My name is Melinda Lawson and I am Owner / Broker of Cardinal Realty Solutions. I am a native of Rutherford County and have seen the county grow extensively over the years. I still live in Rutherford County with my husband Kevin and my daughters Amber and Britney.

When I am not helping others with their Real Estate needs I serve on the Education Committee and the Community Relations Committee at MTAR where we work with numerous charities and events around Murfreesboro to give back to our community. I enjoy helping Realtors in my office grow their business' as well to better serve their clients. In my down time I love to be at the lake and camping with family and friends. I also attend church locally here in Smyrna.

Real Estate to me is the opportunity to help someone move from one point in their life to another point with kindness, honesty, support, attention to detail, and guidance.
