Albania Cruz is a native to Nashville and has seen the city grow tremendously. The youngest of 5 siblings, and family full of mechanics, her first few jobs were in Customer Service to help with the family business. The last 7 years she has independently worked as an Esthetician. She loves to help people invest in themselves and their future.

She took a leap of faith as a First Time Home Buyer Specialist  and was successfully able to help 8 families in her first year. Her goal is to help as many single mothers buy a house, as possible. 

Starting with a great training realty firm KW and now with Cardinal Realty Solutions, she has become certified in Reverse Mortgage, 1031 Exchange, Land Purchases, and has taken many further education courses to better serve her clients.
